  • Responsibilities
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and customer stakeholders, to ensure alignment during integration and validation phases.
    Lead incident response, coordinate resolution efforts, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on investigations.
    Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, providing support and guidance to teams.
    Oversee investigation of customer-raised issues, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation for successful execution.

  • Requirements
    Deep knowledge and understanding of vehicle diagnostics tools, both software (diagnostics application) and hardware (VCI)
    Deep knowledge about software architecture and use cases of vehicle diagnostics tools

    Communication and negotiation skills with both internal stake holders and customers
