As an HRBP in a GTM organization (front team such as Field Sales), you will play a key role in accelerating the achievement of CADDi's mission. You will be able to identify organizational issues and maximize the performance of the organization in charge through recruitment, organizational and human resource development, and updating the evaluation and compensation system, and contribute to business growth.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    Lead
    measures in cooperation with the recruitment team from human resource requirements definition and population formation to recruitment interviews, attractions, and closing. ・Planning and operation of evaluation and compensation systems:

    Understanding and analyzing organizational conditions through various surveys, etc., and planning and execution
