This is a PM position where you will lead the expansion of our business by solving business and market issues with the power of software.
The mission is to manage projects to maximize the value of products in collaboration with external stakeholders including customers and internal members. In addition to product launches and continuous improvements, multiple projects are being developed simultaneously, and the PM is required to appropriately manage the product roadmap and product backlog by taking into account the status of these projects, and to put them into action.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
    -Co-creating development specification policies with engineers and managing them through to implementation and release
    -Working on product quality improvement
    -Formulating product development strategies / creating and executing roadmaps
    -Proposing improvements to business problems

    -PM experience
    -Ability to run in the first person
    -Language skills: comfortable communicating in both Japanese and English

  • Preferred
    Experience in growing a business significantly by developing new or improved functions
    - Experience in building products related to the EV industry or EV charging industry
    - Knowledge and experience in agile development
    - Experience in initial system construction and operation
    - Experience in creating documents such as requirements documents
    - Experience working with engineers and designers
    Basic interviewing skills to elicit insights from customers and other stakeholders
    ・Experience working in a venture-backed, multicultural, multilingual environment
    ・Business English level
