Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Japanese customers.
Translate customer requirements into clear inputs for global design and development
Review and validate mechanical designs, CAD models, and simulations.
Support validation activities (mechanical, thermal, vibration, EMC) and
Provide technical input for proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies.
Monitor project progress, coordinate

Guide and mentor local engineers to strengthen technical capability. Drive continuous improvement in collaboration between

- Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD).
Strong grasp of mechanical engineering principles and simulation tools.
Minimum 3 years
Proven project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
Japanese fluency and business-level English
High commitment to design precision and quality standards.

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and quality/project management methods.
Strong MS Office skills and experience with risk and FMEA processes.
