Responsibilities

Manage the full 360° recruitment process with candidates and clients from sourcing, interview process, placement, and aftercare.

• Diligently pursue and attract qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing strategies including scout sites, referrals, head-hunting, and registered candidates.

• Develop strong trusting relationships with high caliber professionals

• Develop new business through targeting clients in the automotive and mobility industry and studying trends in growing segments of the industry.

• Continuously strive to improve your understanding of your clients’ business, their corporate cultures and needs to leverage this knowledge and consult intelligently.

• Plan to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Requirements

• Prior Recruitment Experience would be greatly advantageous but is not an absolute requirement.

• Track record of achieving sales targets.

Web Engineer

Summary

As a Web Developement Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company website while establishing a collaborative relationship between marketing and development. Your main tasks will involve tackling technical challenges such as improving website functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring mobile compatibility.

Recruitment Background

Our organization consists of a small team comprising marketing and development roles. While the marketing team handles SEO and marketing strategy planning, we are seeking a Web Developer to cover technical aspects such as web management, technical SEO, and mobile optimization.

Responsibilities

• Development, management, updating, and maintenance of the company website

• Optimization of website functionality, performance, and security

• Development and execution of SEO strategies from a technical perspective

• Development and implementation of optimization strategies for mobile devices

• Development and testing of web applications

• Data collection, analysis, and proposal of improvement measures

• Video/image editing and processing

• Social media management, etc.

Requirements

♦ Must:

• Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

• Proficiency in CMS operations, particularly WordPress

• Language proficiency: Native or equivalent level in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), Business-level English

• Industry or sector experience is not required.

• Practical experience is not necessary. Knowledge and experience in handling the mentioned skills in any form are welcome.

♦ Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in backend development (PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.)

• Knowledge of database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

• Design skills and understanding of UI/UX

• Relevant experience in the recruiting industry

• Knowledge and practical experience in technical SEO

• Knowledge and experience in mobile optimization

• Practical experience is not necessary. Experience during student years, part-time or freelance work demonstrating knowledge and experience are acceptable. Those who are eager to learn are also welcome.

Process

1.Document Screening

The initial screening will be based on your resume.

2.First interview

We will conduct it in person or online and the interviews will be conducted either in English or Japanese depending on the applicant.

3.Web Aptitude Tests

You will be required to take an aptitude test online.

4. Final Interview

We will conduct this in person wherever possible but online may also occur if you are unable to visit the office to meet face-to-face. The language will be English.

Working Environment

The official language of the company is English, and English is also used for conversations in internal meetings and data entry. (Outside of the company, Japanese is of course used as there are also Japanese-affiliated companies.)

Evaluation

We have an evaluation and incentive system based on performance. We have an evaluation meeting once every half year, and a system of salary increase and promotion that is directly linked to your evaluation and performance.

After Joining Turnpoint Consulting

We will provide you with an appropriate training program depending on your experience. In some cases, you may be eligible to attend external consulting training and management consultant training. We will also provide onsite training to develop your skillset.
