Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Work together with major automakers and automobile ECU suppliers as clients
    - Build and maintain long-term relationships Build and maintain long-term relationships with client's engineering divisions and management
    - Understand customer needs and requirements to propose corresponding products and solutions,
    - Articulate unique selling points and advantages during discussions
    - Perform business negotiations with key decision makers - from price, terms, and conditions
    - Visit customers, create business plans, and conclude contracts from creation through execution
    - Handle customer complaints and perform collection of accounts receivable
    - During a business acquisition, work closely with field application engineer
    - With support from sales assistant, carry out order entry, phone calls, and quotations
  • Requirements
    - Experience in sales/marketing or technical division for software and hardware tool development
    - Skilled in order processing
    - Experience in high profile sales
    - Ability to communicate interculturally
    - Fluency in Japanese, and proficiency in English Fluency in Japanese, and proficiency in English
  • Preferred
    - Engineering Degree
    - Experience in the Automotive Industry
    - Knowledge of measurement/calibration, AUTOSAR, or Model-based development - Experience of sales planning and strategic plan development - Knowledge of electrical control or Model-based development
