Job Description

- Responsibilities
- - Perform maintenance tasks such as inspection, repair, modification, and testing during in-house flight testing, aircraft delivery, and post- delivery periods.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to maintenance manuals.
- Contribute to the creation of a training program for maintenance engineers.
- Assess and define specifications for Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
- Travel (medium- to long-term) will be required to test sites in domestic locations, and Expo venues (domestic and international), depending on project needs.

- Requirements
- Possession of at least one of the following Japanese aviation mechanic licenses:
- Type 1 Aircraft Mechanic (Rotary Wing)
- Type 2 Aircraft Mechanic ( Rotary Wing)
- Type 1 Aircraft Mechanic (Fixed Wing)
- Type 2 Aircraft Mechanic (Fixed Wing)

- Preferred
- - Broad maintenance experience in commercial airline or aviation service companies.
- Practical English skills sufficient for daily work.
- Experience providing training to engineers or technicians.
- Experience creating or revising maintenance manuals.
- Experience applying for and coordinating permits with aviation authorities.
