- Responsibilities

Receive and service advice
- Check the vehicle with the customer and record its condition when possible on arrival
- Give service advice to the customer in the service reception bay
6. Perform initial fault diagnosis (possibly with workshop supervisor)

- Create repair order
- Explain vehicle data, initial diagnostic results, flat rate, completion date, cost, and defect status
- Assign to Warranty, Goodwill, insurance, etc.
- Receive customer signature

- Inspect and approve invoices for services performed to ensure they are complete and correctly prepared
- Perform final checks, including checking vehicles and invoices
9. vehicle delivery and settlement
・explain work and invoice details to customer, settle, and receive signature
・give customer advice on future maintenance
・deliver vehicle to customer
Follow-up contact
・Implement follow-up contact (phone call, DM, email, etc.)
・Promote the entry into the warehouse (reapproach call) regarding the maintenance that was not performed this time and the maintenance needed in the future.
11. internal coordination
Coordinate with appointment planner to secure alternate transportation for customers
- Provide pick-up/delivery instructions to pick-up/delivery personnel
- Obtain customer approval for any additional work and communicate to workshop supervisor and appointment planner
Coordinates workshop availability and service appointments in coordination with the workshop supervisor and appointment planner
・Provides instructions to the parts department for optimal parts supply
12. data management
・Record customer and vehicle data in customer files (data)
・Enter repairs that were not performed into the warehouse history database

- Observe the local market and competitors in the area of services
- Judge Warranty and Goodwill applications from a professional and technical point of view and process them as required
- Agree payment terms with customers according to internally agreed principles
- Place orders to subcontractors, negotiate delivery dates and accept inspection
Promote products such as tires, batteries, BSI/TLC, Innovection, Care Me, cards, drive recorders, other companies' insurance policies, navigation updates, safety checks, refresh care, wash me, etc.

- Requirements
- Experience working in an automotive dealership service department
(Preferred) Automotive Mechanic Level 3 or higher
- Confident attitude, positive impression
