With the aging of the population and the growing need to realize an inclusive (no one is left out) mobile society, we expect to continue to receive inquiries and develop business opportunities.
On the other hand, in the process of liaison, there have been cases in which some municipalities and companies have been stuck in the demonstration experiment (PoC) stage prior to the actual introduction of the system.
In order to make more accurate proposals in the future, we are looking for a person who can lead the development of large companies (enterprises) and the public sector, including municipalities, governments, and industry associations.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    As a Mobility Rental Service Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for a series of activities from developing new clients, planning and managing demonstration experiments, and closing the deal up to the introduction of the service.
    After the introduction of the service, you will also provide value to both the client and the end user by monitoring usage, promoting usage, and proposing additional introductions.

    Specifically, the following tasks are envisioned.
    New development sales to introduce rental services to companies and local governments
    ・Planning/operation of demonstration experiments prior to full introduction, and proposal activities to close the deal
    ・Promotional activities to discover potential customers in cooperation with PR and marketing teams
    ・Planning and execution of measures to increase continuous use and number of units introduced by existing customers
    ・Other rental services Planning and execution to scale up business and build optimal schemes, etc.
  • Requirements
    Experience in corporate sales to large/enterprise customers for a total of 5 years or more
    ・Experience in scaling business by making proposals to new large/enterprise customers
    ・Experience in end-user communication skills (experience in introducing products directly to end-users and achieving results)
    ・Basic marketing thinking such as planning sales promotion measures
    Experience setting sales targets and hypotheses on your own and achieving results through proactive activities
    ・Basic skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred
    Experience in B to G sales to public sector such as local government, government administration, industry organization (NPO/NGO), etc.
    ・Experience in scaling up business through proposal and collaboration with local government, government administration, industry organization, etc.
