We are a Japanese-affiliated company mainly engaged in the automobile purchase business and auction business. We are monetizing these two businesses by optimizing them through DX. As a result of sincere efforts to address market challenges, the purchase service has increased significantly from the second half of 2022, and the sales portfolio has changed dramatically since the company was founded.
Application Background:
■ Business Description:
We will horizontally expand the automobile matching service that our company has developed to date in the area of real estate (especially the sale and purchase of houses and condominiums).
We will solve a number of problems that occur with bulk appraisal services so that the distribution of home sales can proceed “more cost-effectively and more easily” on the customer side and “more cheaply and more efficiently” on the client side.
The service is scheduled to launch in September.
■ Description of work
We will start with sales to what we call semi-major clients.
■ Organizational Structure
There are five members: a representative who is also the head of the office, two in planning (a male in his 30s and a male in his 20s), and two in management strategy (a male in his 50s and a male in his 40s). The organization is directly under the president.
■ Future Outlook
We aim to achieve sales of 10 billion yen in 3-4 years.
The personnel structure is planned to expand to an organization of about 20 salespeople and about 50 people including development staff.
The immediate plan is to have a team of about 10 people.

- Lead business launches and drive to launch with diverse colleagues
- Execute S-PDS and manage team members
Design of business strategies, financial plans, KPIs & drivers (a plus)

- Requirements
- Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate smoothly with related departments such as sales, development, corporate, etc.
- More than 5 years of corporate sales/individual sales experience
