製品については配属組織によって異なりますので、製品知識は不問です。フィルターやサーマル製品等、様々な製品モジュールの中からご自身のご経験に合わせた製品の割り当てが可能です。
こちらのポジションでは技術に触っていたけれど営業活動をしてみたいという方、
自動車向け営業経験がある方を含め、幅広く募集をいたします。
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- 1. Customer Relationship Management
a. Creation of sustainable relationship with customers
b. Acquisition of new projects
2. Planning & implementation
a. Sales planning (Budget and Mid-term plan) and controlling
b. Acquisition of new projects
c. Support to Project management
3. Business Management
a. Follow up of business operations (Order/ Delivery/ Collection, etc.)
b. Commercial agreements & support on other contracts / agreements
c. Pursuing price agreements and setting new prices in agreement with company’s policy
d. Negotiation of contractual changes (price, material fluctuation, etc.)

- Requirements
- ⚫ University Bachelor degree or above (Engineering or Business major preferred)
⚫ Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales is required
⚫ Automotive industry Sales experience is strongly preferred
