We operate a “vehicle-seeking and cargo-seeking matching platform” specialized for the transportation industry, providing a mechanism to smoothly connect shippers and transportation companies and promoting business reform through the power of digital.
The system, which has supported transportation companies since its inception, is already one of the largest systems in Japan, but there is still room for expansion, and you can be involved in work that can have an impact on society by helping to improve operational efficiency and vacancy rates.
This role is responsible for the expansion of the platform business, our main service, in a business development organization for approximately 60,000 transportation companies nationwide.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Bizdev, Customer Success and Product teams to achieve growth of the core business.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Sales strategy planning and execution
・Existing customer account management (deep sales, sales destination development, nurturing)
・Sales activities for new customers
・Functional requests for products
・Planning and execution of measures in collaboration with marketing and customer success departments
・Various sales tools creation

- Requirements
- Experience in corporate sales (both inside sales and field sales)
・Ability to solve customer problems
・Ability to understand the intent of others' statements, structure them, and communicate them in one's own words
