- Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Customer Engagement:.
- Provide technical support to Japanese customers via web, email, and phone.
- Address customer FAQs, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the global technical support or product team as needed.
- Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Develop structured support materials (manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides) to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Operational Improvement & Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately four members, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and best
- Implement structured processes to enhance operational efficiency in customer support.
- Define clear escalation protocols for technical
- Drive process improvements to streamline customer inquiries and troubleshooting procedures.
Sales & Business Development Support:
- Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-sectional functional teams to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Requirements
- - Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in software-based technical support, customer-facing engineering roles, or IT-related troubleshooting.
- Experience in aerospace, simulation software, defense, or related industries preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team in a technical environment.
- Fluent in Japanese (required) and proficient in English (for escalation and collaboration with global teams).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop structured solutions for customer support challenges.
- Ability to create and implement operational processes and support materials for efficient service delivery.
