Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Manage international projects in cooperation with global project managers and interdisciplinary teams.
    Lead front-end project planning, steering, and controlling to meet implementation and commercial targets.
    Drive high-performance project execution across multiple locations from setup through successful launch.
    Apply and continuously improve project management standards, processes, methods, and tools.
    Plan and coordinate capacities, work packages, milestones, and resources.
    Monitor project status, workflow, risks, and opportunities; take corrective action when deviations occur.
    Coordinate and execute engineering change management, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
    Establish effective communication strategies and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
    Facilitate project steering meetings with clients based on quality, cost, and timing targets.
    Provide functional leadership to project team members, guiding and supporting them in their tasks.
  • Requirements
    Proven experience managing at least one complete project lifecycle from SOD (Start of Development) to SOP (Start of Production).
    Background in
    Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
