You will mainly be responsible for creating and improving packaging specifications for our products and parts, as well as work improvements. You will coordinate the development of standards, policies, and other information regarding packaging from Germany, as well as requests from customers and other global factories. Additionally, based on your experience and aptitudes, you may be assigned to other logistics site improvement tasks or production management tasks.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Creation of new packaging specifications and optimization proposals
    Improvement of existing packaging specifications (optimization of materials, design, cost and workability)
    Improvement of packaging work processes and cost control (work and material costs)
    Response and coordination of packaging-related requests from groups, customers and suppliers
    Development of internal standards and policies and sharing of examples to other plants
    Packaging-related Know-how standardization, education, knowledge accumulation and support using digital tools
  • Requirements
    ■Language: Must be able to speak Japanese/ English at a level that does not interfere with business
    ■Positive attitude, positive mindset, willingness to take on new tasks
    ■Communication skills, teamwork attitude, cross-cultural understanding
