Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Business consulting/solution (pre-introduction phase)
・ Collaborate with the offering development team and business consulting team to promote
optimal offering proposals for business process transformation ・ Based on our BPO capabilities, derive optimal solutions to customer issues and envision
them as new digital operation concepts ・ Connecting the customer's "site" and "management", formulating a success plan based on a deep understanding of business goals, and leading
its execution ■ Support for the implementation of business process transformation (implementation phase)
・ In collaboration with the business promotion team, identify potential issues through dialogue, data analysis, and BPR, and formulate
a change plan that combines change management, etc. ・ Collaborate with the BPO Operations Department to support the implementation of a step-by-step and complex transformation plan in line with the success plan (program management)
■ Customer success (post-implementation phase)
・ Support the establishment of new systems and digital operations, and lead
the proposal and implementation of improvement measures through data analysis and dialogue. ・ Strengthen trust with customers through regular business reviews, promote the next transformation step based on the success plan, expand the BPO business (create upsell and cross-sell opportunities),
collect and analyze VOCs (voice of the customer), organize them as market business demands, and provide feedback on service improvement and new service development.

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in business development and business promotion in BPO business or IT/digital-related business, or business transformation project experience (3 years or more)
・Project management experience
for various projects and deals, strategic thinking and autonomous problem-solving skills, creative and flexible thinking skills
, knowledge and experience
in utilizing IT/digital technology ・Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

in the BPO/BPM industry, experience in launching new businesses and services (promoting everything from planning to development to operation)
・Practical experience
at a consulting firm ・Experience in planning proposals
for in-house management and client executives, practical experience
in concept formulation, requirements development, business analysis, etc. in IT/DX projects, etc. ・Qualifications such as IT strategist, PMP, ITIL, etc.
