Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Visualizing the effects of company-wide business process reform and DX initiatives, promoting
    KPI design and monitoring, and conducting business process analysis, reform
    , and process mining for departments (e.g., Implementation Machine Division, HR Department, etc.) to analyze the current business situation, execute ToBe process design
    and reform measures (BPR, business standardization), and manage project management
    ・Analyze success and failure factors, build awareness, and deploy
    company-wide strategies. *This position involves not only progress management but also the entire process from conceptualizing and designing reforms to execution and retention.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience as a PM or PMO
    on company-wide projects ・Knowledge of enterprise architecture and practical experience
    ・Experience in cross-organizational business process reform, DX, or organizational transformation formulation
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in policy and rule
    formulation ・Experience in product or IT quality control
    ・Experience in stakeholder management
    ・Ability
    to work across organizations to solve issues ・Experience participating in meetings in English ・Experience preparing emails and materials
