With business development and alliances as his main mission, he is in a position where he leads from strategic planning to policy execution for product growth. This is an important role that contributes to solving social issues such as transportation issues while working closely with internal stakeholders such as management, UX, and technical departments, as well as external partners.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Business development, alliance planning and execution
, planning, negotiation, and execution of alliance measures with external companies (e.g., building partnerships to enhance the value of loyalty programs)
・Direction
of online and offline measures, prioritization of measures, and resource management
■Cross-functional project promotion
・Collaboration with the Business Planning Department, UX Group, and Technology Department, stakeholder management
, catch-up on technical requirements, and discussions on improvements to functional specifications
・Collaborative coordination
with external partners (advertising agencies, production companies, development vendors) ■Strategy planning, management
recommendations, issue setting, and growth strategy construction
・Strategic recommendations to management based on ROI analysis of each measure

- Requirements
- ・Experience in leading
product growthExperience in formulating and promoting
strategies from both marketing and business aspects while taking a bird's-eye view of the entire product, not just implementing policies, planning, executing, and verifying
growth strategiesBased on business strategies, we plan and promote various growth tactics such as user acquisition, engagement improvement, and profit maximization. Experience
in quantitatively verifying effects, promoting
alliances, and partnerships, and contributing to the creation of new business opportunities or product value enhancement through collaboration with external partners. Experience leading everything from contract negotiation to relationship building.

in planning, implementing, and improving marketing measures for web/app services, knowledge and experience
in UI/UX/communication design, experience in conducting and analyzing
user research (including in-depth interviews), 0→1 business planning and business development experience (regardless of size),
and sales experience based on zagumi proposals
