Currently seeking someone to lead CRM project including CRM system initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty (customer retention, conversion) conversion)

Job Description

- Responsibilities
- -Manage and analyze customer loyalty KPIs to track program performance and drive improvements
-Develop strategies for
-Continuous improvement for NPS (Net Promoter Score) with customer engagement.
