Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Understanding the business process from lead acquisition to order receipt, and defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs
    ・Studying and implementing measures to maximize company-wide sales results (using agents, inside sales, etc.)
    ・Planning and drafting measures to address issues identified from the above analysis
  • Requirements
    At least 2 years of experience in sales planning/management, business planning, and inside sales planning at a business-to-business company
    ・Project owner, responsible for overseeing marketing, inside sales, and field sales departments, from lead generation to closing and subsequent up-selling of products Experience in Salesforce-based customer management and measure management.
  • Preferred
    Salesforce administrator or equivalent experience
    - Experience in training sales members
    - Experience in creating and optimizing sales processes from lead acquisition to order
    - Experience in driving SaaS the model type processes from design to operation and improvement
    Experience in inside sales planning
