In this position, you will drive data-driven decision-making and business improvements through KPI analysis for business units and reporting to global leaders. You will be broadly involved in everything from analyzing management indicators to solving challenges,
honing your business perspective and strategic thinking in a global environment.

In this role, you will analyze key business KPIs and support reporting to global leadership, helping drive data-driven decision-making and business improvement. You will gain broad exposure to business
performance management, from analyzing metrics to supporting problem-solving initiatives, while developing commercial and strategic capabilities in a global environment.

Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ⚫ Support executive decision-making as
a member of the Strategic Planning Office, reporting directly to the Managing Director
⚫ Analyze business KPIs such as sales, profitability, and order status to provide
insights necessary for management decision-making
⚫ Visualize the performance of the Japan business and
be responsible for reporting to global leadership
⚫ Support business operations through
budget planning, performance forecasting, and performance reviews
⚫ Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify
new business opportunities and risks
⚫
Support the improvement of sales strategies through win/loss analysis and pipeline analysis
⚫ Lead
the management of open issues and the promotion of improvement measures
⚫
Drive the resolution of business challenges and organizational transformation in collaboration with relevant departments
⚫ Consistently involved from data analysis to supporting action execution, contributing to the creation of business outcomes

with more than 5+ years of professional experience in areas such as business strategy, sales strategy, financial analysis, or marketing Analysis
