- Responsibilities
- - Lead execution of the annual sales budget for assigned segments and accounts in Japan
- Strengthen and expand 18+ key accounts, including distributor networks
- Drive mid- and long-term new business development initiatives with cross-functional internal teams
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic input to shape future direction
- Collaborate closely with technical teams for product positioning and application discussions
- Deliver pre-sales support and post-sales service with a customer-first mindset
- Prepare quotations and proposals promptly and professionally
- Negotiate contract terms and support marketing efforts through events and trade shows
- Translate customer and market needs into product and strategy alignment
- Facilitate high-level engagement between client organizations and internal business units (R&D, Marketing, Production)
- Maintain accurate CRM for customer databases and key accounts
- Monitor and manage account receivables in line with corporate targets

- Requirements
- - BS or MS in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in technical sales of specialty products such as graphite, carbon black, or processed materials

- Japanese: Native proficiency.
