As the head of the domestic and international graduate recruitment team (overseas recruitment / domestic recruitment), you will lead the construction and operation of a scalable graduate recruitment system that views "recruitment as a strategic investment in business growth".

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop new graduate recruitment strategy and design roadmap (target, KPI and budget management by domestic/international)
    - Design and improve recruitment CX including recruitment PR, selection experience and candidate communication
    - Oversee planning of owned events, joint information sessions, global career forums, etc.
    - Recruiter/sourcing/sourcing/ Recruiter/sourcing/recruitment marketing team management
    ・Optimization of selection process and ATS operations, yield analysis/improvement measures
    ・Report to management and propose optimization of recruitment investment costs and headcount
    ・Oversee internship to job offer retention/on-boarding design
  • Requirements
    Experience in start-up to mega-venture companies in charge of launching new graduate recruiting (or similar scale)
    ・Experience in designing, executing, and managing KPIs for new graduate recruiting strategies for more than 100 new graduates annually in Japan and overseas
    ・A track record of designing and delivering integrated recruitment PR, selection experience, event management, and scouting operations
    ・Team management/recruiter development experience (5+ years) ・Experience in SaaS/IT companies during growth phases or similar growth track record Experience in team management/recruiter development (5+ people)
    ・Experience in growth phase of SaaS/IT company, or similar growth experience.
  • Preferred
    Experience leading initiatives for overseas universities and international students and global recruitment
    Experience implementing and operating recruitment marketing tools (MA/CRM)
    Experience working with HRBP and HR branding organizations
    Experience building ROI and models from the perspective that "recruitment = business investment"
