Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Sales activities for equipment, information systems, etc. to the Air Self-Defense Force
    -Consider business strategies together with the customers in charge and formulate strategies for future business orders
    -Provide after-sales services from contract conclusion, performance and delivery services
    -Manage orders, sales and payment budgets
    -Manage each sales representative
    ■Specific project assumptions
    -Future Proposal of equipment (radar, network, system) and activities for contract
  • Requirements
    ・Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (including contract negotiation experience) for public sector
    ・Experience in developing subordinates through work
    ・Experience in working in a team environment.
  • Preferred
    Presentation skills (many business proposal opportunities, documentation and explanation skills)
    ・Sales experience in handling IT solution products
    ・Awareness of budget management (especially profit)
    ・Interest in global affairs, domestic/overseas, etc.
    ・Language skills (TOEIC 600+ points)
