Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    HR Strategy & Culture
    Shape HR strategies and priorities to align with BU/Function goals and evolving needs.
    Support leadership in building the Support leadership in building the appropriate culture to achieve strategic objectives.

    Organization & Talent
    Conduct organizational and talent assessments.
    Develop and implement talent strategies, including selection, assessment development, and succession planning.

    Change Management & Engagement
    Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies.

    Participate in M&A due diligence and integrations from an HR perspective.
