There are hundreds of expatriates from Japan overseas, and they are in charge of planning, introducing, and operating the overseas personnel system in the Japan region. Based on the Global Human Resources Strategic Policy, you will work with relevant parties to promote personnel measures that are in line with the business environment in Japan.
Depending on your experience, you may also be engaged in work such as compensation/grading systems, evaluation systems, and welfare systems.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and drafting of personnel systems applicable to overseas loaned-out employees in the Japan region
    ・Relationships with labor unions (e.g., labor-management discussions on systems and operational processes)
    ・Planning and drafting of compensation, grading, and evaluation systems, and benefit programs
  • Requirements
    Experience in planning or managing overseas HR system
    ・Basic business and legal knowledge of HR operations
    ・English proficiency (TOEIC score 750 or above, able to hold meetings in English)
    ・Experience in HR related business or, even without HR related business experience, global new system or new Experience in implementing new global systems, new systems, or global projects, even without HR-related experience.
  • Preferred
    Experience in communication with overseas companies and teams
    ・Cross-cultural experience (living outside of Japan)
    ・Experience as the main person in charge of labor and HR system planning as a headquarter function
