In this role you will oversee the management of clients and accounts from RFQ to post-launch support. Your work will help to retain the company's strong market position and reputation as a leader in passive safety systems.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- -Manage and develop customer accounts overseeing a range of passive safety products.
-Lead efforts in customer development, business acquisition, and development, ensuring your efforts align with account strategies and driving financial profitability throughout the product lifecycle, including managing client negotiations.
-Support senior management in creating strategic sales initiatives and delivering presentations aimed at penetrating new markets.
-Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related tasks through the sales development process; from RFQ to post-launch support.
-Collaborate across teams to prepare customer quotations and effectively manage negotiations.

- Requirements
- -Native or equivalent Japanese language ability with strong English ability.
-2 years or more experience in automotive industry sales.
-Strong presentations, client negotiations, and communication abilities.
-Strong understanding of RFQ processes and business development in the automotive industry.

- -Working experience with JOEMs.
