You will be involved in software design of engine/network ECUs and promote high-quality, highly efficient software development by utilizing your knowledge of development languages and testing methods. In addition to contributing to the improvement of product value, as a playing manager, you will lead the overall development by providing technical support to the team and managing progress and quality while working with your own hands.
Software development and testing (ASW/BSW)
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■ System design of vehicle control functions based on goals and requirements
Conduct requirements analysis, function definition, architectural design, study technical adequacy and feasibility and formulate specifications
■ Verification of each function using HILS/MILS environment and test vehicles
Develop and execute test plan, analyze verification results and respond to feedback
■ OEM Project planning and progress management based on the development schedule
- Coordination of development activities, resource allocation, and issue management
- Decision making that balances quality, cost, and delivery
- Overall project leadership with responsibility for both deliverables and management processes
- Development and management process development and continuous improvement
Technical negotiation and issue resolution with customers (OEMs)
Conducts regular meetings and reviews, identifies issues and concerns, and develops and promotes countermeasures
■Technical support and training for team members
Reviews and provides feedback on design and verification work, and provides guidance and education to junior engineers
*Immediately after joining
-Participate in ongoing projects to learn the flow and process of functional design and understand company policies and regulations
-Gain skills to approve deliverables within 3-5 months of joining
*6 months after joining
-Improvement activities to increase operational efficiency
-Manage development schedule
-Cooperate and coordinate with related departments
-Implement quality Proposals to improve quality assurance

- Requirements
- ■ Software development project management experience (Approx.: 3 years or more)
■ Experience or skills in any of the following:
- Experience in requirements analysis, architectural design or detailed design of embedded software in C (Approx.: 5 years or more)
- Development of test strategy and plan in embedded software development in C, Experience in test execution (Approximate: 5 years or more)

- Experience in labor management
- Experience in design and verification of in-vehicle software
- Knowledge of hardware
- Knowledge and experience in AutoSar, Security, MBD, and HILS
- Knowledge of communication technology
