Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Define and execute Japanese strategy in alignment with global direction.
    Manage business performance and Total Net Sales for Japan.
    Oversee technical teams including FAEs, engineers, and project managers.
    Identify customer needs and communicate feedback to global headquarters.
    Lead people Lead people management activities including hiring, development, and evaluation.
  • Requirements
    Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
    Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the automotive industry (e.g., software development, ECU calibration, MBD, simulation).
    Minimum 3 years of management experience including P&L and team leadership.
    Experience working
    Background in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier supplier, IT solution provider, tool vendor).
    One of the One of the following (3+ years): Technical Sales/FAE, Business Development, Product Marketing, or Project Management.
  • Preferred
    Experience using calibration/data analysis products.
    Strong understanding of automotive software development processes.
    Ability to collaborate Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
