Our main businesses include driving behavior analysis services aimed at reducing accident risks, and planning, development, and operation of driver assistance systems that visualize and manage the driving status of business vehicles. Through these services, we aim to contribute to improving safety and operational efficiency for companies that use vehicles.

This role is to manage the overall operations of the sales department and optimize and promote the process from order receipt to service initiation and billing initiation.
We are responsible for the execution of business as the core of the sales organization, such as organizing customer requirements, designing business flows, improving activities, and team management.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Understanding, implementing, managing, and improving
    a series of business processes from order receipt to service provision Organizing requirements from new customers and making business decisions
    based on service consistency and customer value Based on the current business flow, designing, formulating rules, thoroughly
    developing team members, managing progress, and controlling the entire
    operation Quickly grasp the situation of occurrences, decide on response policies and implement
    them, negotiate with customers and partner companies, build relationships, and promote smooth business operations
  • Requirements
    - Ability
    to quickly understand the situation and determine response policies in the event of a business incident - Experience
    in negotiating, coordinating, and building relationships with customers and external partners - Ability
    to understand and organize diverse and complex business processes - Experience in building business flows and reliably incorporating them into operation
  • Preferred
    - Knowledge or experience
    in back-office operations such as inventory management and billing/payment - Experience
    in designing KPIs for business management - Experience in creating data collection and operation mechanisms
