He leads the commercialization of the launch service business and is in a leadership position that consistently oversees sales strategy, contract negotiations, customer onboarding, mission integration (technical coordination), and project management.
He will lead the entire process from project acquisition with domestic and foreign satellite operators to the day of launch, and promote customer experience and business growth from both sides.

- Responsibilities
- ・Planning and promotion
of commercial strategies (market analysis, targeting, pricing) for launch services ・Leading business negotiations with domestic and foreign satellite operators and securing deals ~ supervising
until closing ・Post-contract customer onboarding and standardization
of business processes until satellite mounting (integration), negotiation and conclusion of launch service contracts, and business risk management
・Project management
related to the adjustment of satellite and rocket specifications・Role
as the person in charge of project progress management for customers from contract signing to the day of launch ・Coordination
with external stakeholders such as government agencies, launch site officials, and insurance companies ・Team management such as organizational structure building, KPI design, and member development

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in acquiring projects or promoting projects in any of the following areas (approximate: 5 years or more)
General trading company (overseas sales and commercial rights construction for aviation, aerospace, infrastructure, etc.)
Strategy/general consulting (business construction for the manufacturing industry and large-scale project proposals)
Heavy industry and major manufacturers (global technical sales or large-scale PJ management)
Deep Tech Startup (BizDev or Sales Manager experience)
Satellite operator (overseas sales, PM, strategic negotiation for launch procurement),
business-level English proficiency
, native-level Japanese proficiency

in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or related field) ・Understanding
of the space industry ecosystem (e.g., regulatory and insurance, international cooperation) ・Experience
in leading complex business negotiations in the BtoB area ・Experience in setting up a customer success organization and improving processes
