Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of population formation measures (including recruitment PR)
・Communication with stakeholders
・Communication with progressors/agents before and after each selection
・Examination/introduction of various media
・Communication with directors and managers (Recruitment is the most important management issue, so communication frequency is high)

- Requirements
- -Minimum of 2 years of mid-career recruiting experience in a business company
-Interest in software and hardware.

Experience in developing and implementing new methods in HR/recruiting
- Experience in business outside of HR/recruiting
- Experience in developing and implementing new methods in HR/recruiting
- Experience in HR operations in a rapidly changing startup - Experience in designing, planning and operating a reverse employee experience
- Experience in HR operations in a rapidly changing startup - Experience in designing, planning and operating a reverse employee experience - Experience in HR operations in other fast growing companies with rapid change - Extensive blogging and other Documentation skills or output experience
