We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
Based on your past experience and expertise, you will be engaged in one of the HR areas.

- Responsibilities
- HRBP: A bridge between the business and HR functions, and a partner in realizing business growth
■Talent Management: Creating a system to continuously produce global management leaders necessary to realize sustainable business strategies, and managing measures to secure and develop them
■Human Resource Development: Renewing the conventional education and training system, and creating a new learning system for employees to grow through self-learning and self-actuation
Organizational Development: Support for line management and encouragement to build relationships that allow honest discussions among supervisors/subordinates and colleagues to create a healthy and open workplace.
■Labor Relations: Introduction and operation of various systems and measures to promote creative and autonomous work styles in the technical divisions. Trial, evaluation, and company-wide implementation of career policies and creation of a comfortable work environment in order to promote the activities of diverse human resources in the technical division.
Recruitment: Anticipate changes in the recruitment market, implement recruitment strategies to acquire the highly specialized human resources needed for future business growth, and plan and execute measures to strengthen recruitment competitiveness to attract diverse human resources.
■Resource Management: Plan and execute personnel strategies, reallocation, and reskilling to realize a human resources PF (portfolio) that supports business structure transformation. - Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP, Talent Management, Human Capital Development, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or Recruitment)
Ability to: be outgoing, collaborative, communicate with stakeholders and work in a team environment
