The position will provide technical support (product QA, customer development support, troubleshooting) for overseas AMR controllers, software, and peripheral components (servo motors, LiDAR, HMI), maintain manuals and other technical materials, and build demonstration devices for exhibitions and other events. The staff will also be responsible for building demo equipment at exhibitions and other events.

- Responsibilities
- Detailed explanation and lecture on how to use
Proposal sales and deal development for new/existing customers
Relationship building with sales partners such as trading companies and SIers
Schedule product demonstrations and customer meetings with FAEs
Prepare estimates, sign contracts, and manage sales
Coordinate delivery schedules and work with related internal departments

- Requirements
- Experience in proposing and selling FA equipment (5+ years)
- Industrial robots, image processing equipment, servo/inverters, industrial sensors, automation equipment, etc.

- Able to read, write, or communicate in English (level of understanding of English specifications/manuals, ability to conduct email/online meetings with overseas manufacturers)
