The position will also support business growth by managing scheduled maintenance and repair hours and performance metrics.

Dealer Operations (A, B, C)
A. In the Technical Assistance process:
- Service Entry and Warranty Management (Warranty Manager)
- Manage appointments and vehicle registration in direct contact with customers
- Fully understand customer needs, customers, salesmen, Explain all necessary repairs to the
mechanic
▪ Identify necessary actions, perform diagnostics and issue time and cost estimates
▪ Re-deliver vehicles to customers and manage liaison between both parties to collect feedback on technical aspects of repairs and services provided
▪ Manage and resolve issues
B. In Technical Assistance Support:
- In coordination with the Service Manager and After Sales Ambassadors, conduct daily customer contact activities to schedule scheduled maintenance
- In coordination with the After Sales Ambassadors, provide mobility services to customers

- Identify and manage performance parameters and contribute to the definition of service KPIs
