Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
    Oversee talent management, including career development, succession planning, and diversity initiatives succession planning, and diversity initiatives
    Drive performance management processes and support leadership with evaluation and feedback frameworks
    Lead organizational development projects, including design, cultural change, and employee engagement
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and manage labor relations issues
    Utilize HR data and KPIs to support decision-making and provide strategic insights
    Plan and Plan and implement training programs to support employee skill development across all levels
  • Requirements
    5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in HRBP, org development, talent management, or labor management)
    Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
    Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
    Knowledge of current HR legal regulations and trends
    Experience Leading projects in coordination with senior management
    Practical knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and employment regulations
  • Preferred
    HR involvement in organizational change projects or M&A
    Expertise in labor management and compliance
    Familiarity with data analysis and HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, talent management systems)
