We are the top company in car navigation systems in Japan. While the company has a long history and a stable foundation, it is also taking on the challenge of doing business with the trends of the times. As for products for individuals, we mainly manufacture and sell in-vehicle equipment such as car navigation systems, car audio systems, and drive recorders. For corporate customers, the company's main business is mobility solution services. In addition to its own brand of car navigation systems, the company also supplies OEM products to automobile manufacturers for their OEM car navigation systems. from 2020, the company is developing an integrated cockpit for the next generation of CASE automobiles in partnership with a major automobile parts manufacturer.
As a point of contact for customers (complete vehicle manufacturers), this role includes product development support (bridging between customers and the company's own technical department), product price quotations, order receipt and placement, and live sales operations.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Automobile manufacturers (OEMs)
Liaison work with automobile manufacturers (response to inquiries, meetings, progress reports, etc.)
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and acquire new projects
Hearing of customer needs and implementation of optimal proposals
Preparation of quotations and contract execution
Coordination and negotiation of product specifications and technical requirements (in collaboration with in-house engineers)
Project progress management and deadline coordination
Technical presentation and Q&A support in cooperation with the technical department
vs. in-house technical departments (development, production, quality)
Accurately communicate customer requirements to the development department and discuss feasibility.
Technical review and internal coordination for specification changes and additional requests
Coordination of development schedules and follow-up on project progress
Collaboration with technical departments in prototyping, evaluation, and quality control processes
Coordination with the production department for mass production
Solving problems by cooperating with internal development, production, and quality control departments
Market (competition, industry trends, etc.)
Develop sales strategies based on market trend research and competitive analysis
Gathering the latest technologies and trends in the automotive industry and deploying them within the company
Planning new proposals based on customer needs and market changes
Participation in trade shows and industry events and information gathering

- Requirements
- Sales experience for complete vehicle manufacturers (approx. 3 years or more)
・Ability to think independently, communicate smoothly with others, and coordinate and negotiate with internal parties and customers
・Own a regular driver's license.
