Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Identify dealer training needs and implement necessary measures.
    - Work closely with National Sales Company (NSC) area managers to provide a "one voice approach" to support dealers in achieving retail goals and improving sales targets, profitability and customer retention for finance and insurance products.
    - Evaluate the training needs of dealers in the assigned area and conduct training as needed.
    - Develop strong business relationships with dealer representatives, sales directors, finance and insurance managers (department heads responsible for proposing and signing auto loans and insurance products), and sales consultants (SCs).
  • Requirements

    High understanding of premium brand customer needs and a customer oriented attitude
    - Negotiation, presentation and excellent communication skills
    - Leadership, strong sense of responsibility and sense of ownership
