We are looking for engineers for in-vehicle sensors used in the field of automated driving and ADAS.
APTIV is a mega-supplier of ADAS components with world-class sales. We are expanding our organization in Japan
as our performance improves.
We are also expanding our team of engineers for automatic driving related products at our Yokohama Technical Center. This is an opportunity for you to gain experience in launching new
products and growing the organization.
Automotive radar and cameras have a functional aspect as ECUs for products and as measuring instruments for object detection.
Algorithm engineers are responsible for the functional aspect of the product, verifying and designing algorithms such as object tracking, ACC, and other customer functions.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Main tasks:
    -Lead algorithm design team for in-vehicle sensors
    -Manage development progress of algorithm part of development project and report to customer
    -Prepare documents and explain algorithm contents and verification results to customer
    -Manage progress of overseas development team
    -Lead algorithm validation and verification
    Assist in validation using real vehicle measurements and data analysis
    -Support system design team and validation team
