You will understand the issues and problems faced by customers, find out what kind of issues they have, including those that they themselves have not been able to verbalize, and work together with them to solve them.
As a leader candidate, you will also lead the sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing action plans and KPI improvement measures to support the growth of team members and maximize the performance of the team as a whole.
