Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and execution of recruitment strategies to fill approximately 200 career hires and improve the quality of hiring
    ・Propose solutions to workplace stakeholders and HiringManager for recruitment-related issues
    ・Promote employee referral system (referral) and Alumni, and plan and promote new recruitment measures
    ・Promote DEI, Planning and promotion of female and foreign nationality recruitment, etc.
    ・Population formation, agent management, progress management, and candidate follow-up
    ・Follow-up with interviewers (workplace managers/HR)
    ・Planning and promotion to improve recruitment branding
    ・Planning of recruitment website contents, consideration of human resource advertising, and participation in external recruitment-related events Participation in external recruiting-related events
  • Requirements
    At least 3 years of experience in proactively engaging in career recruitment of 50 or more people per year at an operating company.
