  • Responsibilities

    ・Establishment of top to middle management enhancement plan and planning and execution of measures
    ・Planning and execution of various surveys (organizational survey, employee pulse survey, 360 degree FB, etc.)
    ・Study on MVVV penetration and systemization for culture development

    【Recruiting】
    Planning and execution of recruitment plan and strategies to realize the plan
    ・Practical mid-career/new graduate recruitment (design and execution of process from population formation to onboarding)

  • Requirements
