A European premium automotive importer is looking for a new HR generalist to to support various human resources
functions. This role will be responsible This role will be responsible for various HR areas such as administrative tasks,
Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, On/Off Boarding Support and Employee Engagement, organizing company events etc.
The goal will be supporting employees by fostering a thriving
workplace and driving key HR initiatives
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Compensation & Benefits:
▪ Process payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance for
various types of
▪ Manage employee benefits programs, including DC (Defined Contribution Pension Program),
Insurances and various leaves.
▪ Address
▪ Work with external vendors and payroll service providers to ensure smooth payroll
Talent Management & Employee Development:
▪ Manage a whole TA process in a timely and attentive manner.
Conduct a pre-employment background check.
▪ Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interviews
coordination, processing internal approvals for an offer and Support onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

▪ Coordinate and facilitate the company's performance review process, ensuring timely
completion.
Employee Engagement:
▪ Plan and execute company events, including an annual party, team-building activities, and
employee recognition programs.
Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, and budget planning for parties and
social involving other employees and interns etc.
Develop creative engagement initiatives to enhance company culture and employee morale.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve engagement strategies.
HR Compliance &Policy Implementation:
▪ Ensure company regulations and policies comply with labor laws and internal regulations.
Assist in handling employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance
with company policies.
▪ Keep up to date with labour law changes and provide recommendations for policy updates.
On/Off boarding Support:
▪ Process necessary set-ups and paperwork for social insurance other benefits for starters and
leavers. Conduct induction Conduct induction programs, arrange onboarding trainings/ exit meetings.
Employee Safety & Health:
▪ Lead Safety Management Committee, Annual Health Check & Stress Check Test and other
related activities.
HR Administration & General Support:
▪ Maintain accurate HR records, employee data in the HRIS systems.
