This role will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will engage directly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure we attract top talent across a dynamic, ever-changing hiring landscape.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job creation, sourcing, casual interviews, formal interviews, and offer discussions
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interview schedules
- Engage and manage relationships with recruitment agencies - Assist in planning and executing recruitment events Engage and manage relationships with recruitment agencies

- Analyze hiring data and prepare recruitment reports
- Provide operational support on HR-related tasks as needed

- Requirements
- - Previous experience in recruitment (corporate, agency, or RPO welcome)
- Conversational-level English or higher
